Welcome to PgFlo. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the PgFlo website and control plane service (the "Service") operated by Mighty Elephants L.L.C ("us", "we", or "our"). PgFlo is owned and operated by Mighty Elephants L.L.C.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

Our Service provides a control plane interface for monitoring and managing PostgreSQL database replication tasks. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Your Data

Our Service processes configuration data and metadata related to your replication tasks. We do not store or process your actual database content. You retain all rights to your data and are responsible for the content transmitted through our Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:
